A cap should sit level on the brow, snug enough for a windy walk and easy enough to forget you're wearing it. Two minutes with a tape measure is all it takes.
Measuring your head
- Take a soft tape measure, or a length of string you can lay against a ruler afterwards.
- Wrap it around your head about a finger's width above the eyebrows and ears, across the fullest part at the back.
- Keep it level and comfortable rather than tight. Measure twice and take the larger number.
