This one is made from full-grain leather in a clean black finish, with a structured, rounded shape that sits neatly against the chest or back and works as well on a city walk as on a travel day.
Several zipped compartments keep phone, wallet, keys and small items apart, and a front zipped pocket handles the things you reach for most. A pocket on the back holds a phone close to the body, while a further quick-access pocket on the strap is useful for a card or travel pass. The bag measures roughly 10.6 inches tall, 6.3 inches wide and 2.8 inches deep, excluding the strap.
The adjustable strap can be set for left or right shoulder carry, and quick-detach carabiner clips make switching sides a matter of seconds. Leather: wipe with a soft, dry cloth. Once or twice a year, work in a little neutral leather cream, testing it first on a hidden spot. If it gets wet, blot it and let it dry naturally, away from radiators and direct sun. Full-grain leather darkens and softens with use; that patina is part of its character.
Empty the bag and stuff it lightly with paper when storing it, and keep it in a breathable dust bag rather than plastic.
Shipping. Free, tracked, to the United Kingdom and the United States. Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days; delivery takes 6–12 business days to the UK and 8–15 to the US. Duties and import taxes are included in the price — nothing to pay on delivery.
Returns. 30 days from delivery, on any item that is unworn and unused, with tags, in its original packaging. Email support@oldtradinghouse.com with your order number to start one. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

In 1924, our grandfather, Albert Whitley, opened a small outfitter’s shop in Yorkshire. Our father, Henry, carried it forward. Today, we continue the family business with the same belief: good materials, useful things and pieces made to be worn for years.

Each piece names its exact material under Technical details, whether full-grain, top-grain or split leather, vegan leather or metal. If a piece is not listed as leather, it is not leather.
