A crazy horse leather backpack with a structured outline that blends modern lines with a vintage feel. The flap front adds a distinguished touch, so it suits professional settings while staying easy to use every day. The leather has a rich grain and develops its own patina over time.
The exterior is crazy horse leather with a naturally textured finish; each mark adds to its character, so every bag becomes a little different with use. Metal hardware and reinforced stitching keep the construction solid and the appearance clean. The main compartment takes A4 documents, a tablet, books and everyday personal items. Inside, a zippered pocket secures valuables, and a slip pocket keeps frequently used things within reach. Wear it on both shoulders with the adjustable straps for a fit that suits you, or carry it by hand with the top handle.
It suits commuting, business travel and city life. Pack a tablet, a folder of papers, a book and a charger for the working day. Brown is the warmer option, dark brown the more formal. Wear it with a suit and overcoat in the week, or with a knit and chinos at the weekend. Over the years the leather takes on a deeper, more personal look.

Leather: wipe with a soft, dry cloth. Once or twice a year, work in a little neutral leather cream, testing it first on a hidden spot. If it gets wet, blot it and let it dry naturally, away from radiators and direct sun. Full-grain leather darkens and softens with use; that patina is part of its character.
Empty the bag and stuff it lightly with paper when storing it, and keep it in a breathable dust bag rather than plastic.
Shipping. Free, tracked, to the United Kingdom and the United States. Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days; delivery takes 6–12 business days to the UK and 8–15 to the US. Duties and import taxes are included in the price — nothing to pay on delivery.
Returns. 30 days from delivery, on any item that is unworn and unused, with tags, in its original packaging. Email support@oldtradinghouse.com with your order number to start one. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

In 1924, our grandfather, Albert Whitley, opened a small outfitter’s shop in Yorkshire. Our father, Henry, carried it forward. Today, we continue the family business with the same belief: good materials, useful things and pieces made to be worn for years.
The counter may now be a website, but the standard remains much the same. Old craft. Modern wear.
Each piece names its exact material under Technical details, whether full-grain, top-grain or split leather, vegan leather or metal. If a piece is not listed as leather, it is not leather.

Dimensions, card capacity and laptop size are listed under Technical details for every piece. Belts are sized by full strap length: choose about 2 in (5 cm) above your trouser waist size. If you want us to confirm a fit before ordering, write to us.
