A men's sling bag for what you actually carry day to day: phone, wallet, a slim charger, cards and perhaps sunglasses. It is not built to replace a backpack, and that is the point. It is the bag you pick up when you want your hands free and your pockets empty, and it rides across the chest on one adjustable strap so it stays put through a commute, a flight or a walk across town.
The body is first-layer cowhide, full-grain leather with a crazy horse treatment and natural pull-up finish, so light scuffs and color shifts are part of its character. Three separate zippered sections, front, side and back, keep your phone, wallet and cables from tangling in one pocket. The front flip pocket sits where your hand lands, which helps at a coffee counter or an airport security line. Inside, a slot pocket keeps a phone or passport apart from keys, and the nylon lining is light and easy to wipe down.
Expect the color to deepen slightly over the first few months, especially at the edges and strap; that is the leather doing what crazy horse leather should. Wear it over a T-shirt or under a light jacket with jeans or travel trousers. It comes in light brown, brown, cognac and dark brown.

Leather: wipe with a soft, dry cloth. Once or twice a year, work in a little neutral leather cream, testing it first on a hidden spot. If it gets wet, blot it and let it dry naturally, away from radiators and direct sun. Full-grain leather darkens and softens with use; that patina is part of its character.
Empty the bag and stuff it lightly with paper when storing it, and keep it in a breathable dust bag rather than plastic.
Shipping. Free, tracked, to the United Kingdom and the United States. Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days; delivery takes 6–12 business days to the UK and 8–15 to the US. Duties and import taxes are included in the price — nothing to pay on delivery.
Returns. 30 days from delivery, on any item that is unworn and unused, with tags, in its original packaging. Email support@oldtradinghouse.com with your order number to start one. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

In 1924, our grandfather, Albert Whitley, opened a small outfitter’s shop in Yorkshire. Our father, Henry, carried it forward. Today, we continue the family business with the same belief: good materials, useful things and pieces made to be worn for years.

Each piece names its exact material under Technical details, whether full-grain, top-grain or split leather, vegan leather or metal. If a piece is not listed as leather, it is not leather.
