A laptop briefcase for carrying a laptop, cables and the small essentials of a workday into the office. The padded main compartment fits laptops up to 17 inches, from a compact ultrabook to a larger 16 or 17 inch machine. In gray or black, it sits quietly in a business setting.
The exterior is a durable, water-resistant weave with a double-pull zipper across the main compartment, and a soft interior lining protects the screen on the bus, the train or the walk to work. A front organizer pocket keeps a mouse, charging cables and a phone within reach. Inside, two slip pockets and a zip pocket hold pens, cards and small accessories, and a side zip pocket adds a place for keys. Two top handles take it one-handed, and an adjustable, detachable shoulder strap switches it to hands-free carry. A rear sleeve slides over a rolling suitcase handle for business travel.
Beyond the laptop, the main compartment has room for a tablet, a notebook and the folders of a normal workday. Keep the items you reach for most in the front pocket, apart from the laptop. It suits a plain commute, a client meeting or a short business trip where one bag needs to carry a laptop and its accessories without extra bulk.

Leather: wipe with a soft, dry cloth. Once or twice a year, work in a little neutral leather cream, testing it first on a hidden spot. If it gets wet, blot it and let it dry naturally, away from radiators and direct sun. Full-grain leather darkens and softens with use; that patina is part of its character.
Empty the bag and stuff it lightly with paper when storing it, and keep it in a breathable dust bag rather than plastic.
Shipping. Free, tracked, to the United Kingdom and the United States. Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days; delivery takes 6–12 business days to the UK and 8–15 to the US. Duties and import taxes are included in the price — nothing to pay on delivery.
Returns. 30 days from delivery, on any item that is unworn and unused, with tags, in its original packaging. Email support@oldtradinghouse.com with your order number to start one. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

In 1924, our grandfather, Albert Whitley, opened a small outfitter’s shop in Yorkshire. Our father, Henry, carried it forward. Today, we continue the family business with the same belief: good materials, useful things and pieces made to be worn for years.
The counter may now be a website, but the standard remains much the same. Old craft. Modern wear.
Each piece names its exact material under Technical details, whether full-grain, top-grain or split leather, vegan leather or metal. If a piece is not listed as leather, it is not leather.

Dimensions, card capacity and laptop size are listed under Technical details for every piece. Belts are sized by full strap length: choose about 2 in (5 cm) above your trouser waist size. If you want us to confirm a fit before ordering, write to us.
