A small leather mouse pad for anyone who works at a desk and wants the mouse to move over something warmer than printed rubber, with a pen kept close at hand. It is unisex and works as well in a home office as at a shared workstation.
The top is genuine cowhide leather with a soft nubuck finish in a vintage coffee brown, edged with double contrast stitching. The back is soft microfiber that helps the pad grip the desk. A leather strap stitched along the right edge and held by two metal rivets grips a pen or a stylus so it stays on the desk. It is a flat pad with no wrist rest. Light marks will appear where your hand rests, and they blend into the patina with time.
At close to the size of a sheet of letter paper, it leaves room for full arm sweeps with a mouse yet still fits beside a keyboard on a narrow desk. Keep a favorite pen in the strap for notes during calls, or a stylus if you work on a tablet. Wipe it with a dry or barely damp cloth and blot spills at once; do not wash or soak it, and keep it out of direct sun all day. The pen, mouse, laptop and other desk items in the photos are not included.

Leather: wipe with a soft, dry cloth. Once or twice a year, work in a little neutral leather cream, testing it first on a hidden spot. If it gets wet, blot it and let it dry naturally, away from radiators and direct sun. Full-grain leather darkens and softens with use; that patina is part of its character.
Shipping. Free, tracked, to the United Kingdom and the United States. Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days; delivery takes 6–12 business days to the UK and 8–15 to the US. Duties and import taxes are included in the price — nothing to pay on delivery.

In 1924, our grandfather, Albert Whitley, opened a small outfitter’s shop in Yorkshire. Our father, Henry, carried it forward. Today, we continue the family business with the same belief: good materials, useful things and pieces made to be worn for years.

Each piece names its exact material under Technical details, whether full-grain, top-grain or split leather, vegan leather or metal. If a piece is not listed as leather, it is not leather.

Dimensions, card capacity and laptop size are listed under Technical details for every piece. Belts are sized by full strap length: choose about 2 in (5 cm) above your trouser waist size. If you want us to confirm a fit before ordering, write to us.
