A men's black full-grain leather belt with contrast stitching and a gold-tone buckle: a smart belt for trousers and jeans.
The vegetable-tanned full-grain buffalo leather is textured and dark, with light thread running along both edges for the full length of the belt, a detail that sits naturally with denim, cords and casual trousers.
The rectangular gold-tone buckle gives the belt its squared-off profile, and a matching metal tip caps the pointed end of the strap so it keeps its shape. Warm hardware against black leather is a classic combination, balanced enough to wear with a tucked-in shirt in a relaxed office, or with a jumper and jeans on a Saturday.
A single-prong fastening and a row of adjustment holes let you set the fit, and a leather keeper holds the loose end flat. It is available in four lengths, from Small (41 in / 105 cm) to Extra Large (51 in / 130 cm); please check the size list before ordering. Pair it with a wax jacket and a flat cap for an easy countryside look, or with chinos and loafers in town. It arrives in a pouch, ready to be given to a man who likes a detail that is noticed rather than announced.
The length shown is the full length of the strap. The simplest rule is to choose about 2 in (5 cm) above your usual trouser waist size.
For a closer match, lay a belt you already wear flat and measure from where the leather folds at the buckle to the hole you use most, then choose the nearest length. Ratchet and automatic belts have no holes and adjust in small steps.
Leather: wipe with a soft, dry cloth. Once or twice a year, work in a little neutral leather cream, testing it first on a hidden spot. If it gets wet, blot it and let it dry naturally, away from radiators and direct sun. Full-grain leather darkens and softens with use; that patina is part of its character.
Rest a belt between wears where you can, and store it hung by the buckle or loosely rolled.

In 1924, our grandfather, Albert Whitley, opened a small outfitter’s shop in Yorkshire. Our father, Henry, carried it forward. Today, we continue the family business with the same belief: good materials, useful things and pieces made to be worn for years.

Each piece names its exact material under Technical details, whether full-grain, top-grain or split leather, vegan leather or metal. If a piece is not listed as leather, it is not leather.
