The briefcase is made from full-grain leather in a deep, distressed brown with a classic flap front and buckled straps, and it will develop a rich patina the longer it is carried.
Inside, a padded compartment takes a 13-inch laptop, with soft cotton lining to protect your devices. There are three compartments in all, plus a hidden security pocket for a passport or anything you would rather keep out of sight, and dedicated holders for chargers and cables so the bottom of the bag does not become a tangle. Reinforced stitching and metal hardware give it a sturdy build.
Carry it by the top handle into a meeting or use the padded leather shoulder strap on the commute. The set also includes a long bifold wallet in brown Crazy Horse leather with fourteen card slots, a bill compartment, an inner zipped pocket and a side slot. It is a natural choice for a promotion, a new job or a retirement gift, and it looks just as right with a tweed jacket and flat cap as with a city suit.

Leather: wipe with a soft, dry cloth. Once or twice a year, work in a little neutral leather cream, testing it first on a hidden spot. If it gets wet, blot it and let it dry naturally, away from radiators and direct sun. Full-grain leather darkens and softens with use; that patina is part of its character.
Shipping. Free, tracked, to the United Kingdom and the United States. Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days; delivery takes 6–12 business days to the UK and 8–15 to the US. Duties and import taxes are included in the price — nothing to pay on delivery.
Returns. 30 days from delivery, on any item that is unworn and unused, with tags, in its original packaging. Email support@oldtradinghouse.com with your order number to start one. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

In 1924, our grandfather, Albert Whitley, opened a small outfitter’s shop in Yorkshire. Our father, Henry, carried it forward. Today, we continue the family business with the same belief: good materials, useful things and pieces made to be worn for years.
The counter may now be a website, but the standard remains much the same. Old craft. Modern wear.
Each piece names its exact material under Technical details, whether full-grain, top-grain or split leather, vegan leather or metal. If a piece is not listed as leather, it is not leather.
Pieces with a tracker slot say so under Technical details. The tracker itself is not included.
Dimensions, card capacity and laptop size are listed under Technical details for every piece. Belts are sized by full strap length: choose about 2 in (5 cm) above your trouser waist size. If you want us to confirm a fit before ordering, write to us.
