A leather pen case that gives each pen its own stitched slot, so nothing scratches or slides loose in a bag or desk drawer. Choose a version for one, two or three pens. The low-profile shape adds almost no bulk, whether it rides in a briefcase, a jacket pocket or sits ready on a desk.
The case is genuine cowhide leather with a distressed, vintage-style finish that gains character the longer it is carried. Each pen sits in its own slot instead of loose in a pouch, so tips and barrels stop knocking together on the move. That separation matters most for fountain pens and rollerballs, where a scratched barrel or a jostled nib shows. The flap folds down over the top and a leather strap wraps through and tucks back into itself, holding the case closed.
There is no zip pull to catch on fabric and no magnet to wear out over time. The case opens and closes in one motion, which helps when you are reaching for a pen between meetings. Keep a fountain pen and a rollerball apart in the two-pen version, or a full writing set in the three-pen case. It sits well beside a notebook or planner on the desk, and travels in a bag pocket without rattling.

Leather: wipe with a soft, dry cloth. Once or twice a year, work in a little neutral leather cream, testing it first on a hidden spot. If it gets wet, blot it and let it dry naturally, away from radiators and direct sun. Full-grain leather darkens and softens with use; that patina is part of its character.
Shipping. Free, tracked, to the United Kingdom and the United States. Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days; delivery takes 6–12 business days to the UK and 8–15 to the US. Duties and import taxes are included in the price — nothing to pay on delivery.

In 1924, our grandfather, Albert Whitley, opened a small outfitter’s shop in Yorkshire. Our father, Henry, carried it forward. Today, we continue the family business with the same belief: good materials, useful things and pieces made to be worn for years.

Each piece names its exact material under Technical details, whether full-grain, top-grain or split leather, vegan leather or metal. If a piece is not listed as leather, it is not leather.

Dimensions, card capacity and laptop size are listed under Technical details for every piece. Belts are sized by full strap length: choose about 2 in (5 cm) above your trouser waist size. If you want us to confirm a fit before ordering, write to us.
