A leather pencil case for anyone who carries pens, small tools and stationery in one dedicated pouch instead of loose in a bag. It keeps writing tools apart from small stationery, so nothing rattles around or gets lost between classes, meetings, or the move from desk to bag.
The exterior is genuine leather that takes on a natural worn-in character with daily handling, and a full zip-around closure keeps everything sealed on the move. Inside are four elastic pen loops sized for fountain pens, rollerballs or standard pencils, a slim extra loop for one more pen or a stylus, and a pocket for a metal ruler. A flap folds down over the pen loops with room behind it for a small notepad, and a smaller pocket keeps an eraser and paper clips together. On the front, a diagonal stitched pocket works as a quick-access card slot.
The front slot holds a student ID or a couple of cards without unzipping the case, which helps at a building entrance or a library desk. Load the loops with the pens you use daily, keep a pocket notepad behind the flap, and the case becomes a compact desk kit you can carry in a backpack or briefcase. Choose coffee, gray, red, green or black.

Leather: wipe with a soft, dry cloth. Once or twice a year, work in a little neutral leather cream, testing it first on a hidden spot. If it gets wet, blot it and let it dry naturally, away from radiators and direct sun. Full-grain leather darkens and softens with use; that patina is part of its character.
Shipping. Free, tracked, to the United Kingdom and the United States. Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days; delivery takes 6–12 business days to the UK and 8–15 to the US. Duties and import taxes are included in the price — nothing to pay on delivery.
Returns. 30 days from delivery, on any item that is unworn and unused, with tags, in its original packaging. Email support@oldtradinghouse.com with your order number to start one. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

In 1924, our grandfather, Albert Whitley, opened a small outfitter’s shop in Yorkshire. Our father, Henry, carried it forward. Today, we continue the family business with the same belief: good materials, useful things and pieces made to be worn for years.
The counter may now be a website, but the standard remains much the same. Old craft. Modern wear.
Each piece names its exact material under Technical details, whether full-grain, top-grain or split leather, vegan leather or metal. If a piece is not listed as leather, it is not leather.

Dimensions, card capacity and laptop size are listed under Technical details for every piece. Belts are sized by full strap length: choose about 2 in (5 cm) above your trouser waist size. If you want us to confirm a fit before ordering, write to us.
