A men's full-grain leather weekender bag with a natural textured finish: a holdall for weekend trips and a generous gift for him.
It is a black full-grain leather holdall in a clean, roomy shape, with reinforced leather bands running around the body and simple metal hardware that keeps the overall look understated.
A wide zipped opening gives easy access to the main compartment, which has plenty of space for two or three days of clothing, a wash bag and shoes. Inside, slip pockets hold chargers, a book or sunglasses, while a separate zipped pocket keeps a wallet, passport and keys secure. On the back, a leather band lets the bag slide over the handle of a wheeled suitcase, so it rides along through the airport rather than hanging from your shoulder.
Reinforced handles give a comfortable hand carry, and the adjustable, removable shoulder strap offers a hands-free option on the walk from car to hotel. Leather: wipe with a soft, dry cloth. Once or twice a year, work in a little neutral leather cream, testing it first on a hidden spot. If it gets wet, blot it and let it dry naturally, away from radiators and direct sun. Full-grain leather darkens and softens with use; that patina is part of its character.
Empty the bag and stuff it lightly with paper when storing it, and keep it in a breathable dust bag rather than plastic.
Shipping. Free, tracked, to the United Kingdom and the United States. Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days; delivery takes 6–12 business days to the UK and 8–15 to the US. Duties and import taxes are included in the price — nothing to pay on delivery.
Returns. 30 days from delivery, on any item that is unworn and unused, with tags, in its original packaging. Email support@oldtradinghouse.com with your order number to start one. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

In 1924, our grandfather, Albert Whitley, opened a small outfitter’s shop in Yorkshire. Our father, Henry, carried it forward. Today, we continue the family business with the same belief: good materials, useful things and pieces made to be worn for years.
