A dopp kit shaped like a classic doctor's bag. The wide frame-style top opens and stays open on the counter, so you see your razor, toothbrush and bottles at a glance instead of digging for them. It works as an everyday bathroom kit at home and packs easily into a carry-on or a duffle.
The body is thick waxed canvas, a cotton canvas treated with wax, so splashes bead up and the surface wipes clean. It is water resistant, not waterproof, so keep it out of standing water. The side handle, buckle strap and zipper pulls are genuine cowhide leather, and the zipper is metal. Inside, one zip pocket and open slip pockets keep nail clippers, spare blades or lip balm apart from the bottles. Over time the canvas creases and the leather darkens into a worn-in look.
An electric shaver, toothpaste, deodorant, a phone and a set of headphones fit together in the main compartment. It is light enough to add almost nothing to your luggage. Pack it with a canvas weekender for a matching travel set, or leave it by the sink at home between trips. Wipe it clean after a splash and let it dry before packing. Choose gray, brown, khaki, olive green or black.

Canvas & nylon: brush off dry dirt, then spot clean with a damp cloth and a little mild soap. Do not machine wash or tumble dry, and let it air dry away from direct heat. Waxed canvas can be refreshed with fabric wax when the finish starts to fade; any leather trim is cared for like the leather below.
Leather: wipe with a soft, dry cloth. Once or twice a year, work in a little neutral leather cream, testing it first on a hidden spot. If it gets wet, blot it and let it dry naturally, away from radiators and direct sun. Full-grain leather darkens and softens with use; that patina is part of its character.
Close lids tightly and keep liquids upright. If anything leaks, empty the bag, wipe the lining and leave it open to dry fully before packing it again.
Shipping. Free, tracked, to the United Kingdom and the United States. Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days; delivery takes 6–12 business days to the UK and 8–15 to the US. Duties and import taxes are included in the price — nothing to pay on delivery.
Returns. 30 days from delivery, on any item that is unworn and unused, with tags, in its original packaging. Email support@oldtradinghouse.com with your order number to start one. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

In 1924, our grandfather, Albert Whitley, opened a small outfitter’s shop in Yorkshire. Our father, Henry, carried it forward. Today, we continue the family business with the same belief: good materials, useful things and pieces made to be worn for years.
The counter may now be a website, but the standard remains much the same. Old craft. Modern wear.
Each piece names its exact material under Technical details, whether full-grain, top-grain or split leather, vegan leather or metal. If a piece is not listed as leather, it is not leather.
Pieces with a tracker slot say so under Technical details. The tracker itself is not included.
Dimensions, card capacity and laptop size are listed under Technical details for every piece. Belts are sized by full strap length: choose about 2 in (5 cm) above your trouser waist size. If you want us to confirm a fit before ordering, write to us.
