An upright bifold made for riders, travelers and anyone who keeps a wallet in a back pocket. A metal chain clips to a belt loop, so the wallet stays attached on the bike, in a crowd or on a busy street. It is a little taller than a standard billfold and closes with a snap tab.
The outer is top-grain cowhide with a polyester lining. It softens and darkens with use, especially along the folds, and shows natural grain variation from one wallet to the next. Inside are 12 card slots, two bill compartments and an ID window. Outside are two zip coin pockets and the snap tab closure. The zippers and snap are metal. The metal chain is detachable and ends in a swivel clip.
Clip the swivel end to a belt loop and the wallet stays tethered even if it slips from a pocket. Leave the chain on for riding or travel, and unclip it when you want a plain wallet for the office. Loaded with cards and cash it becomes a thick wallet, so it suits a back pocket better than a slim front-pocket carry. Choose coffee, black or tan. You receive the wallet and the chain; the cards, cash, coins and other items in the lifestyle photos are props and are not included.

Leather: wipe with a soft, dry cloth. Once or twice a year, work in a little neutral leather cream, testing it first on a hidden spot. If it gets wet, blot it and let it dry naturally, away from radiators and direct sun. Full-grain leather darkens and softens with use; that patina is part of its character.
New card slots are snug and ease as they settle. Avoid overfilling, which stretches the leather out of shape.
Shipping. Free, tracked, to the United Kingdom and the United States. Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days; delivery takes 6–12 business days to the UK and 8–15 to the US. Duties and import taxes are included in the price — nothing to pay on delivery.
Returns. 30 days from delivery, on any item that is unworn and unused, with tags, in its original packaging. Email support@oldtradinghouse.com with your order number to start one. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

In 1924, our grandfather, Albert Whitley, opened a small outfitter’s shop in Yorkshire. Our father, Henry, carried it forward. Today, we continue the family business with the same belief: good materials, useful things and pieces made to be worn for years.

Each piece names its exact material under Technical details, whether full-grain, top-grain or split leather, vegan leather or metal. If a piece is not listed as leather, it is not leather.

Dimensions, card capacity and laptop size are listed under Technical details for every piece. Belts are sized by full strap length: choose about 2 in (5 cm) above your trouser waist size. If you want us to confirm a fit before ordering, write to us.
