The supplier lists the composition as 100% wool, knitted with a soft inner layer for added warmth, as shown in the photographs. Each glove is approximately 22 cm long and 9.5 cm across, and they simply pull on with no fastening. Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle; do not bleach, iron or dry clean, and line dry in the shade so they keep their shape for longer.
Four colours are offered: black, heather grey, charcoal grey and midnight navy. The darker shades are a smart match for a city overcoat, while heather grey looks good with tweed and a flat cap on country walks. Leather gloves feel snug at first and ease slightly with wear; knitted gloves have natural stretch. If you are between sizes, write to us and we will tell you honestly which will suit.
Leather: dry clean only. If they get wet, let them dry naturally at room temperature, never on a radiator, then flex the fingers gently.
Knitted & wool: hand wash cool with a wool detergent, press dry in a towel and dry flat.
